Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet the tactical needs of every athlete. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase. During high-volume tactical drops or preorder windows, processing may take up to 5 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days (FREE on orders over $100)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days ($12.99)
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 Business Days ($19.99)
International Shipping
AERIX operates globally. We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to local customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
AERIX Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, go to the TRACK ORDER page and request an exchange/return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Underwear and socks for hygiene reasons
- Digital gift cards
- Supplements that have been opened
Exchanges
If you need a different size, the fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures you get your replacement gear as quickly as possible.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
